Teeth cleaning
Hannah and Lauren, our trained and certified team use the Emmi-pet ultrasonic toothbrush. Not only are they trained in canine dental health, they are dog behaviourists, as well as
groomers.

An initial consultation is required, to assess the teeth, look at the health of the mouth and gums and to put a treatment plan together. Every dog is different, so the plan is tailored to
your dogs needs.

After the initial consultation, we’ll recommend a block of treatments if necessary to get the teeth back to a healthy standard, removing tartar build up. Once this has been achieved we recommend a maintenance appointment every 2/3 months depending on the dog, size, diet etc.

Prices are a ‘from’ price and are depending on size of dog, condition of coat and appointment time needed. Please speak to a member of our grooming team for an accurate
grooming quote.

Heavily matted dogs may have an additional charge added to the bill. This charge is from £10 due to the extra time needed to remove mats.

We ask that all dogs are up to date with their flea and worming treatment as well as their vaccines. If fleas are found on a dog during a groom an additional £20 will be added to the
bill to cover fumigation of the salon cost.

We understand that not all appointments can always be met but where possible we ask that
a minimum of 48 hours is given to cancel or move an appointment to allow us to resell the appointment slot, otherwise 50% of what would have been the final bill may still be charged.

Due to the nature of our business we ask that you arrive on time for your dog's appointment, if you arrive late we may not have the appropriate amount of time to look after and groom your dog, however a 50% fee may still be charged for the missed appointment.

We work at the speed of each dog, which can vary greatly. We do our utmost to stay on time and minimise the length of time a dog is within the salon. We can only give a guide on how long a groom may take but will contact you 15 minutes before they are ready to be collected.

We are proud to be part of the Green Groomers Collective and recycle every bit of fur possible that is clipped, snipped and trimmed in the salon.

We pledge that no hair from our
salon will end up in landfill. The Green Groomers Collective use the fur in 10 different ways including to make hair booms used in waterway clearups, hair matts, for gardening and composting and in regenerative biomanufacturing.

By adding an optional £1 to every groom / service you will be supporting this amazing initiative.
